This role is in the Life & Pension side of our business and we are open for Junior and Mid-level profiles. We are working with colleagues in Denmark and India, so if you like to travel to Copenhagen or India this is for you

In the Collection team, we focus on
Collections: invoicing and premium payments
Member Processes-Employment: On board new member, changes to employment, UPA, LAK, the connections with the possibility of multi-channeling, quality and performance
We’re a team of 18, split into two scrum teams. Half is based in the Netherlands, and the other in Hyderabad, India. Despite the distance, we work closely and support each other every step of the way.
Key About Your Role
As a Functional Tester / Business Analyst you will join us in Plexus Development & Maintenance. Plexus is our cutting-edge pension administration solution, and we’re all about making it standardized and consistent for our customers in Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands. ‘
Key About Your Responsibilities
Collaborate and Create: Work closely with our Product Owner, Business Analysts, Development team, and customers to tackle everything from analyzing bugs to requirements for new feature development.
Innovate and Investigate: Dive into self-driven analyzing and investigations, tackling the challenges of our complex application with the support of a fantastic team that’s always up for bouncing ideas around.
Contribute and Challenge: We believe the best ideas should win, no matter who they come from. Get ready to jump into pension knowledge and solution design discussions.
Improve and Implement: Transforming customer requirements into development and test tasks. Analyzing which parts of our complex system should be adjusted to support new features and our customers.
Stay Agile: We do SCRUM with two-week sprints, but we’re not married to it. Flexibility is key, and we reprioritize work as needed to keep things efficient and sensible.
Keylane offers
A monthly gross salary between € 3150 and €4000 (Junior) and € 3800 and €4600 (Mid-level) based on 40 hours per week;
8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary;
A profit share;
A pension scheme, with the option to save extra;
Travel reimbursement: Receive a mileage allowance of €0.23 per km or an NS Business Card, which can also be used for personal travel
24 holiday days (with the option to buy extra) and 7 inclusion days, which can be exchanged with fixed Dutch national holidays, allowing you to take them when you like;
Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office, a free lunch is waiting for you every day. If you work from home, you will receive a working from home allowance (€ 4 net per day) and internet allowance (€ 35 net per month);
The possibility of working remotely from abroad for up to 2 months per year;

A one-year contract that, subject to satisfactory performance, will be converted into a permanent contract;
